Shipping policy

Pre-order items are expected to complete production within November 2026 and will be shipped sequentially in order of purchase.

Dispatch dates may change depending on production and quality inspection. If there is a delay, we will notify you individually using the contact details or email address provided with your order.

If pre-order and in-stock items are ordered together, they may be shipped together after all items are ready.

Additional shipping fees may apply to Jeju Island and other remote or island areas.

If an item is returned because of an incorrect address, the recipient's absence, or other customer-related circumstances, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee.
