SCULPTURE OF ÉCUME

Our first collection unfolds around the concept of 'Sculpture of Écume', carrying the direction the brand will follow.
Sea foam repeats its movement, yet never appears in the same form twice.
Scattering and gathering, it slowly wears away the surfaces of sand and stone, wood and glass, shaping new forms.
MUI EQUIMÉ's first collection began by seeing this endless motion as an act of sculpting.
The forms of sculpted natural objects become silhouettes, and the flow of the waves carries into tucks, drapes and overlapping layers.
Colors gathered along the shore are laid onto materials and surfaces that shift subtly with light and movement.
Clothing does not remain a finished sculpture; it keeps taking shape, absorbing the wearer's body and habits, creases and traces.
So that the wearer's presence shows even when worn effortlessly, we carefully designed the relationship between the flow of the fabric, the silhouette and movement.
