Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your item.
If an item differs from its description or advertising, or is otherwise not provided as agreed, you may request an exchange or return within 3 months of receipt or within 30 days of becoming aware of the issue.
Please do not send an item back without authorization. First contact customer service below with your order number and the reason for your exchange or return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Return fee for orders where the original shipping fee was paid: KRW 3,000
- Return fee for orders delivered with free shipping: KRW 6,000 round trip
- Exchange for a different size or color: KRW 6,000 round trip
- Defective or incorrectly shipped items: paid by the seller
Additional shipping fees may apply to Jeju Island and other remote or island areas. Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges and returns may be restricted in the following cases.
- The item has been damaged due to the customer's actions.
- The item's value has decreased due to wear, washing, alteration, or staining.
- Signs of use are present, such as perfume, cosmetics, or tobacco odors.
- The item tag or included components have been removed or damaged.
- The item's value has decreased to the point that resale is difficult due to the passage of time.
- The item was custom-made at the customer's request, and the restriction on withdrawal was separately disclosed before production and accepted by the customer in advance.
After inspection, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on the payment method and card issuer, additional time may be required for the refund to appear.
For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will exchange the item for the same product or issue a full refund.
